How we work

Your points stay yours

We never take custody of your points. Every booking is made from your company’s own accounts, for your own travelers, under each program’s published terms.

Access you control

We use delegated or shared access you grant and can revoke at any time. Where a program allows it, we work through its business or authorized-user features.

Taxes at cost

Airline taxes and carrier fees go on your own card at the price the airline charges. We add nothing on top.

No commissions

We are paid only by you. No airline, hotel or card issuer pays us to steer your points.

Program rules first

If a program doesn’t allow a booking, a transfer or a traveler, we don’t make it. We tell you what the terms allow before you approve anything.

Common questions

Which card programs do you work with?

We work with the main transferable business programs: American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Capital One miles, Citi ThankYou and Bilt. We also advise on airline and hotel co-brand cards. For fixed-value programs such as Ramp or Brex cash back, we advise on the card mix rather than on redemptions.

Can employees fly on points earned by the company?

Most transferable programs let the account holder book award tickets for other travelers. Some transfers must go to an account in the cardholder’s or an authorized user’s name. We check each program’s rules for your setup during the review and build the redemption policy around them.

How fast do you book?

Most requests get options within two business days. Program and Enterprise clients get a four-hour first response on business days. Premium award seats open and close quickly, so we move once you approve an option.

What about taxes on employee travel?

Business travel booked with company points is generally treated like business travel booked with cash. Personal use can be different. We are not tax advisers, so our reports are built for your accountant to review.

Do you also book cash tickets?

Our focus is points. When cash is clearly the better deal, such as a cheap economy fare, we say so and you book it through your usual channel.
